Hello! I have a bright unfurnished room available in my 2 story home. Looking to rent to females only, non-smokers and preferable +40. Shared accommodations, I want my house to feel like yours! Huge backyard and patio to relax on!! Must be clean and respectful - this is a drug-free house.
House is located in the Minchau district in Millwoods.
Rent is $600/month, which includes all utilities and wifi. A $600 damage deposit is required.
I am a 61 year old female looking for someone around my age. I have a 2 year old black lab, enjoy cooking, baking and sewing. I babysit my grandchildren (ages 3 + 6) mostly at my daughters house, but they may stay over 1-2 times a week.
